Retreating with us this June is far more than a yoga holiday.. it is an enriching and transformational experience of the body, mind and soul.
During this week in beautiful Portugal we will be on a journey of discovery and awakening as we delve into the world of sound healing, yoga practice, powerful meditation and re-aligning with the natural world around us. In order to really connect and find the stillness that lies within us all, we must move into a space of healing, of letting go, allowing ourselves to remember our true essence. During this week we invite your to disconnect from your ‘world’, enjoy a digital detox and let the practice, the experience and the powerful sound work create a landscape for you to journey back to your baseline, the core of who you are. This love, this light is always residing there, you just need to give yourself time to unearth it.
This relaxing retreat will create space for your to enquire within, open up to new insights, inspiration and creativity, expand your mind, and nurture and nourish your body under the careful guidance of our truly wonderful teachers Natasha Moutran and Imogen North.
The week will comprise of daily yoga practices varying from vinyasa, yin, restorative and more, as well as daily meditations aimed expand your horizons, empowering you to continue the practice long after your retreat. We will also be bringing in the potent healing of sound work through singing bowls, drums, sound baths, sound ceremonies, mantra and more, bathing you in high vibrations, shifting energy and bringing you into your heart space.
