This is an opportunity to retreat deeply and enjoy the practices which Uma is sharing (womb yoga, total yoga nidra, pranayama, chanting) in the context of the most exquisitely nourishing and wholesome off-grid eco-retreat imaginable.
Come alone, or come with your family and friends (men and boys are welcome to come for the retreat time with you). The option is there to take the full range of course material on offer and complete the Mother and Baby Yoga (from birth til four years) Teacher Training course in total, or simply to enjoy the practices and the place of beauty in which they are shared.
Mother and Baby Yoga Teacher Training Option
This integrated yoga teacher training course brings together material from the postnatal yoga teacher training course and the early years teacher training course. It is open to yoga teachers from all traditions, who are already teaching pregnancy yoga and who wish to teach baby-friendly postnatal yoga classes. It covers the period from birth to age 4 and will fully integrate mother and baby yoga (from birth to walking) and yoga for toddlers and their parents together.
Cost and Booking
The cost for this training is €792.00 EURO,
this includes all tuition and manual (€517 of the cost). It also includes all meals and accommodation in a shared tipi whilst you are there (€275 of the cost).
If you have a beloved partner who wants to join you in Portugal as a retreat option (not joining the training and attending the drop-in open sessions only, usually one-two a day), the cost for them would be €417.00 EURO
Bringing Children: You are welcome to bring your children to enjoy this beautiful setting in Portugal with you. Babies under one are invited free of charge. For children and babies aged between one and five, we ask for a €40 EURO contribution. For children aged 5 -14 years we ask you to pay half the full accommodation and food costs (which would be €137.50). If we end up having lots of children with us, we may organise to have a child-minder, the costs of this can then be shared between the parents.
