In The Wild
Join us in the heart of Portugal on an all immersive, one of a kind experience. We will be settling into perfect harmony with the abundance of nature surrounding us, offering you the opportunity to disconnect to reconnect. Stepping into the wilderness and grounding yourself with The Earth beneath your feet is just one of the magical ways you will journey inwards on this fully immersive 200HR Yoga Teacher Training programme.
The sacred land we offer as our home, on this particular programme, is suited to the free spirits who are familiar with taking it back to basics and thriving on simple living as well as the hippy hearted cosmopolitan that is yearning for some natural nourishment and planting their bare feet on the ground away from the chaos of city-life.
Our yoga alliance authenticated course is suitable for everyone, from the beginner, who wants to dive deep into this ancient art from the start, or to the advanced practitioner who is ready to get certified and start teaching their own yoga classes with an accredited, globally recognised body.
We invite you to journey with us on what will undoubtedly be a once in a lifetime, transformative experience. One where you will walk away with not only a newly refined connection to Self but the opportunity to take your passion for Yoga to a whole new level, whatever that may be for you.
What to Expect on a Middle Path Movement Yoga Teacher Training
We will of course be diving deep into the physical aspects of yoga; body movement and alignment, breath work and correct classroom adjustment to ensure that our students are aware of their own postures and just as importantly, the postures of those around them.
We are passionate about the importance of honoring and understanding the roots of yoga and provide our students with deep studies into the history and philosophy of this ancient science. We create open spaces for discussion about views and personal experiences as we feel this is the most beneficial and effective to way to learn such an inclusive and vast topic.
We will learn to understand the mechanics of the body in a unique and dynamic classroom setting, analysing the anatomy and physiology of the body and how it specifically connects to the movement of yoga with highly qualified and experienced teachers.
We will be exploring the depths of the world of meditation and mantra, learning skills and techniques for guided meditations and independent practices
As Yoga is an inclusive science, we feel it is important to understand different perspectives and practices of spirituality. With this in mind, as we will be in Portugal, we feel it is important to understand and experience the traditions of the Land. Therefore, we will be offering the opportunity to experience a Regeneration and Syntropic Ecology Workshop to allow our students to honour and comprehend the practices of the space we will be sharing, if they feel called to (small extra charge to support local business).
All this and much much more to expect from this 3 week intensive program with Middle Path Movement!

Anna has been a dedicated student of yoga for over 17 years and naturally fell into teaching in 2011. Yoga Wanders was born from a dedication and deep desire for sharing the tools and learning she has acquired, alongside an unbounded curiosity for travel and adventure. She has been guiding retreats and immersions internationally for nearly a decade.
Her journey on this path opened gateways to a better understanding of self & provided her with tools to navigate through the shape shifting challenges of this human existence with more grace and awareness. It enabled her to recreate how to choose to live life more bravely, authentically and with more heart led awareness.
Through feeling exploration in movement and exploration of the subtle and energetic bodies, she encourages students to find natural, comfortable and safe movement patterns in their bodies and to support the remembrance of the inherent nature that is the human body and each individuals unique and personal experience.
She is currently furthering her studies to become a Somatic Movement Educator with the school of Body Mind Centring.
