This is a special gathering for Returning Students and Teachers – an opportunity to nurture ourselves and each other as we nourish our connections and support opportunities for planetary healing.
The retreat is open to all women who have completed the Well Woman Yoga Therapy Teacher Training.
The intention of the women-only gathering is to provide a nurturing and safe container to deepen into our connection with the earth through our personal and collective practice. Through this deepening I intend also to nourish those who may have the desire to share these practices on trainings in the future. So if you are simply looking for space and time for your own practice, the company of like-hearted women, and the chance to live in connection with the rhythms of the earth – then this is the retreat for you. And if you are looking for support to learn how collaborate on future trainings for teachers of these practices, then this is the circle to join.
Each morning Uma and Sivani Mata will be sharing practices together (mantra, mudra, movement and total yoga nidra), and each afternoon there will be time for your own retreat, creative process or reflection. The group will eat together and gather at the end of the day for an evening sharing. There will be time for participants to share from their own experience of practice and sharing these practices with others. And there will be time to deepen into connection with the technologies of space holding in circle – growing our trust in the potent medicine of women’s circles.

COST & BOOKING
The cost for this training is £300.00 GBP inc. VAT
plus accommodation and food.
Once you have booked on to the retreat with us, you will be sent details of how to pay for your food and accommodation at Gravito – €280 Euro direct to the venue. All participants are required to stay on site at the venue, part of the course is the experience of living together as a family.
Bringing Children :
You are welcome to bring your children and/or your partner to enjoy this beautiful setting in Portugal with you. Babies under one are invited free of charge. For children and babies aged between one and five, we ask for a €40 EURO contribution. For children aged 5 -14years we ask you to pay half the full accommodation and food costs (which would be €245). These costs would be paid direct to Gravito.
