Join us for a week of in-depth study and exploration on the four paths of yoga: Karma, Raja, Jnana and Bhakti.
We will journey through each practice, working towards a deeper appreciation and understanding of each one and how they all fit together to form a very complete and integrated path of awakening.
Daily yoga asana practice will be complimented by the study of yoga philosophy, sacred music and song, the practice of selfless service, meditation and connection with nature.
